Multiple Election-Related Clashes Reported Between Shiv Sena Factions and BJP in Maharashtra

Ahead of municipal elections in Maharashtra, multiple incidents involving Shiv Sena factions and BJP candidates have been reported. In Dombivli, two Shiv Sena candidates were arrested for allegedly attacking BJP workers during campaigning, despite the parties' alliance. In Navi Mumbai's Airoli, a criminal case was filed against Shiv Sena (Shinde faction) candidates and associates for alleged assault and intimidation. In Nashik, Shiv Sena workers reportedly attacked a BJP candidate's home over money distribution claims, leading to tensions that police later controlled. Election-related disputes and allegations of voter intimidation have also emerged.
