Japanese Foreign Minister Toshimitsu Motegi Rides Delhi Metro, Reviews Indo-Japan Collaboration

Japanese Foreign Minister Toshimitsu Motegi, accompanied by Ambassador Keiichi Ono, took a ride on the Delhi Metro during his visit to New Delhi. The delegation was briefed by senior DMRC officials on the project's construction and operation, highlighting the long-standing Indo-Japanese collaboration. The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) has supported the Delhi Metro financially since Phase 1. Motegi also met Prime Minister Narendra Modi to discuss economic and security cooperation, reflecting ongoing bilateral engagement.
