
Albanian actor Anila Bisha lent her face and voice in early 2025 to create a government chatbot named Diella, designed to assist with public services. However, in September, Prime Minister Edi Rama appointed an AI-generated version of Diella as a minister to combat corruption, delivering a parliamentary speech without Bisha's consent. Bisha, whose contract had expired in December, expressed shock and distress over the unauthorized use of her likeness in this political role and is now seeking to reclaim control over her image.
