The Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) has temporarily allowed delivery fleets in Delhi-NCR to add BS-VI petrol two-wheelers until December 31, 2026. The CAQM cited slow EV adoption among gig workers as a reason for the one-year extension, acknowledging challenges in meeting EV targets and requests for a smoother transition.
