Kerala High Court Rejects PIL Against Title of 'The Kerala Story 2' Film

The Kerala High Court declined to entertain a PIL seeking to change the title of the film 'The Kerala Story 2-Goes Beyond,' criticizing the petitioners for casting aspersions on the division bench handling related appeals. The bench, led by Chief Justice Soumen Sen, allowed the petitioners to file a fresh plea after removing objectionable remarks. Earlier, a division bench had stayed a single judge's order that had paused the film's screening, enabling its release following an appeal by producer Vipul Amrutlal Shah.
