West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has alleged that the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls is a "huge scam" being conducted using artificial intelligence (AI). Speaking at a rally in Bankura, she claimed that the poor and common people are being tortured in the name of SIR, and that around 60 people have died due to the process. Banerjee threatened to gherao the Election Commission's Delhi office if any legitimate voter is removed, while also criticizing the BJP's 'Shonar Bangla' promises.
