OP Jindal Global University Professor Suspended Over Remarks Comparing PM Modi to Hitler

An associate professor at OP Jindal Global University, Sonipat, was suspended for one semester after allegedly comparing Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Adolf Hitler during a lecture. The suspension followed a complaint by a student's father, who claimed his son faced victimisation for praising the government and army. The university conducted inquiries, revised the student's assessment results, and is cooperating with the Haryana Human Rights Commission, which is investigating the matter. The professor has denied the allegations.
