Brazil Supreme Court Orders Bolsonaro's Transfer to Larger Cell at Papuda Prison

Bolsonaro is serving a 27-year sentence for attempting a coup after his 2022 election defeat. The court cited improved conditions for medical care and family visits, denying claims of mistreatment. Bolsonaro will serve his sentence in isolation with access to private medical assistance.
