This system allows farmers to capture crop images offline, which upload automatically when network access is restored. The government aims for 80% of registrations to be completed by farmers directly, with village-level officials assisting those encountering difficulties. Registration must be completed within 55 days of sowing, and efforts continue to address technical limitations linked to the central platform.
