Karnataka to Host Stranded International Tourists Amid West Asia Conflict

Karnataka Tourism Minister HK Patil announced that the state is proactively hosting international tourists stranded due to the West Asia conflict, particularly from Middle Eastern countries facing travel restrictions. The state is managing visas and providing assistance to ensure their comfort. Karnataka is also promoting its cultural heritage through excavation projects, open-air museums, and niche tourism sectors like eco-tourism and adventure tourism, aiming to boost both domestic and inbound tourism with long-term economic and cultural benefits.
