A Delhi court has formally framed charges, including attempt to murder and criminal conspiracy, against two individuals accused of attacking Chief Minister Rekha Gupta. The accused, Sakriya Rajeshbhai Khimjibhai and Tahsin Raza Rafiullah Shaikh, pleaded not guilty. Proceedings will be held in camera to protect the victim's privacy. The court also ordered medical examination for one accused due to deteriorating eyesight and scheduled further testimonies, including Gupta's, for February 28.
