Supreme Court Allows Parliamentary Inquiry into Justice Yashwant Varma's Cash Allegations

The inquiry follows allegations of unaccounted cash found at Justice Varma's official residence in Delhi in March 2025, leading to his transfer and an in-house probe that found misconduct. The parliamentary inquiry panel, headed by a Supreme Court judge, is now authorized to proceed with impeachment proceedings.
