Nagaland CM Highlights Mini Hornbill Festival and Calls for Tribal Unity and Tradition Preservation

Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio attended the Tsüngkamnyo Mini Hornbill Festival in Shamator, highlighting its evolution into a globally recognised cultural event that fosters peace and unity among Naga tribes. He inaugurated key district offices and urged preservation of Naga traditions and tribal unity. Rio also addressed broader challenges including the Naga political issue, Inner Line Permit, and Article 371A, calling for dialogue and collective efforts. Advisor Zhaleo Rio emphasized the importance of sustaining cultural heritage and work ethics amid rising unemployment.
