Allahabad High Court Judge Reserves Judgment After Extended Hearing Session

On Tuesday, Justice Subhash Vidyarthi of the Allahabad High Court reserved judgment in a case after a lengthy hearing from 4:15 pm to 7:00 pm. The case, originally filed in 2025 against a DRT order, was remanded by the Supreme Court for fresh consideration within six months, a deadline expiring that day. Despite hearing numerous cases earlier, the judge cited exhaustion and inability to dictate the verdict immediately, leading to the judgment being reserved.
