
A woman has alleged that poor hygiene on an Akasa Air flight from Bengaluru to Ahmedabad on December 26 caused her to develop a severe fungal infection, leaving her unable to walk or sleep properly. Jahanvi Tripathi shared her experience on LinkedIn, stating that the unhygienic seating conditions caused discomfort during the flight and subsequent health issues. She claims her friends also experienced discomfort. Akasa Air has responded, stating they regret the passenger's experience, that it does not reflect their standards, and that the matter is under review.
