The BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha has begun a murti pratishtha mahotsav in Mulund, Mumbai, with a grand Vishwa Shanti Mahayag. The ritual, involving 1100 participants offering oblations into a sacrificial fire while chanting Vedic mantras, aims to invoke divine blessings for the new temple and promote universal peace, prosperity, and harmony. The Mahotsav will continue with a Shobhayatra and the installation of idols by senior Sadhus.
