In Dhaba village, Madhya Pradesh, a partially built private school funded by Abdul Naeem was demolished following rumours it was an illegal madrasa. The village has about 2,000 residents, including three Muslim families. Naeem had applied for official permission to run a school, and the Gram Panchayat later issued a No Objection Certificate. Despite this, authorities demolished part of the building on January 13, citing lack of formal approval, prompting criticism from locals and observers.
