During the peak holiday travel season, two measles cases were reported at major U.S. airports. One case was identified in a passenger at Newark Liberty International Airport in New Jersey on December 12, with potential exposure in terminals B and C. Another case involved a traveler who flew into Boston Logan International Airport from Dallas-Fort Worth, arriving on Christmas Eve. Health officials are conducting contact tracing and advising individuals who may have been exposed and are unvaccinated or haven't had measles to contact their healthcare providers before seeking medical attention.
