
Tuman Village in Himachal Pradesh's Mandi district celebrated the arrival of its first motorable road and bus service after a 78-year wait. The 2.7-kilometer road, built by the PWD, connects Shakeld to Tuman. A Himachal Road Transport Corporation bus successfully completed a trial run, met with enthusiastic celebrations from villagers who expressed joy and gratitude for the long-awaited connectivity.
