Bengaluru authorities are implementing extensive traffic restrictions, diversions, and parking bans across key central areas for New Year's Eve celebrations. From 8 PM on December 31st to 2 AM on January 1st, vehicle entry into major zones like MG Road and Brigade Road will be restricted, with parking prohibited from 4 PM. Over 160 locations will see drunk-driving checks, and 50 flyovers will close from 11 PM to 6 AM. Pedestrian movement will be regulated, and designated pick-up points established.
