Israeli Group Linked to Flights Evacuating Palestinians from Gaza to South Africa and Indonesia

Since May, flights carrying Palestinians from Gaza to countries like South Africa and Indonesia have been linked to an Israeli group called Ad Kan, founded by former soldiers and intelligence officers. The evacuations were organised through Al-Majd, a company presenting itself as a humanitarian aid provider but reportedly used to obscure Israeli involvement. The Palestinian Embassy in South Africa condemned the flights as exploitative and irregular, while South African officials have launched investigations, viewing the flights as part of a broader agenda concerning Palestinian displacement.
