Fresh snowfall and year-end festivities contributed to a surge in arrivals, with popular destinations like Gulmarg and Pahalgam reporting full occupancy. For the full year 2025, the valley welcomed approximately 10.68 lakh tourists. This recovery follows a period of lull, with visitors expressing enjoyment and a sense of safety in the region.
