Wild Elephant Rescued After Falling into 20-Foot Well in Jharkhand's Khunti

A sub-adult wild elephant fell into a 20-foot well in Serengdih village, Khunti district, Jharkhand, during efforts to drive it out of the urban area. The forest department conducted a three-hour rescue operation to safely retrieve the elephant, which had injury marks near one eye. Authorities are working to relocate the animal to a nearby forest for its safety and care.
