A newlywed couple died by suicide two days apart, over 1,000 km from each other. The wife, 26, died in Bengaluru on Thursday after an alleged suicide attempt following a dispute and accusations of dowry harassment against her husband and his family. Her 36-year-old husband died by suicide in a Nagpur hotel on Saturday, two days after her death. His mother, who accompanied him, also attempted suicide and is in critical condition.
