Pakistan Hindus to Celebrate Holi Simply Amid Regional Tensions Following Iran Airstrike

Pakistan's Hindu community will observe Holi on March 4 with simplicity, following President Asif Ali Zardari's appeal amid regional tensions after an airstrike killed Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. Dr Ramesh Kumar Vankwani, Patron-in-Chief of the Pakistan Hindu Council and National Assembly member, emphasized limiting large gatherings to prioritize national security. The council has been directed to review celebrations and cooperate with authorities, reflecting concerns over escalating conflicts involving Iran, Israel, and the US.
