National Convention Highlights Women's Empowerment and Cultural Narratives in India

A two-day national convention titled "Bharati - Nari to Narayani" was held at Vigyan Bhavan, focusing on women's empowerment and their role in society. NCW chief Rahatkar highlighted the importance of overcoming internalized fears and connecting traditional cultural symbols with contemporary realities. Rashtra Sevika Samiti chief emphasized establishing a correct narrative about women's place in Indian culture, countering misconceptions. Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta called for capable women to support others and ensure better opportunities for future generations. The event will conclude with President Droupadi Murmu's address.
