Mumbai Water Supply Disruption in Five Wards Due to Pipeline Maintenance from January 20-22

The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) will conduct maintenance on a diverted section of the Upper Vaitarna main water pipeline from January 20 to 22, affecting water supply in five Mumbai wards: G North, K East, S, H East, and N. The 44-hour work, linked to Metro Line 7A construction, will cause low water pressure or supply cuts in areas including Dharavi, Andheri East, Bhandup, Bandra-Kurla Complex, and Ghatkopar. Residents are advised to store water and take precautions like boiling and filtering drinking water during this period.
