Panchkula Residents Raise Concerns Over Garbage Charges, Parking, and Civic Issues

The Citizens' Welfare Association (CWA) in Panchkula held a meeting with representatives from 12 Residents' Welfare Associations to discuss civic issues. Key concerns included unrefunded garbage charges collected with property taxes despite municipal exemptions, parking congestion affecting emergency access, and difficulties with the online booking system for community centres. The meeting also addressed encroachments, poor road conditions, inadequate signage, and rising dog bite cases. Resolutions were passed to pursue these matters with relevant authorities.
