French Artist Kesadi Creates Mural at LSR College Blending Naidu and Ernaux Themes

French street artist Olivier Poizat, known as Kesadi, is creating a mural at Lady Shri Ram College for Women in New Delhi, blending themes from Indian poet Sarojini Naidu and French writer Annie Ernaux. The artwork features a nightingale atop a grocery store facade, symbolizing poetic voice emerging from everyday life. Supported by French cultural institutions, the mural is part of the India-France Year of Innovation 2026 celebrations and aims to expose students to international art practices.
