Over one lakh people gathered at Bageshwar Dham in Madhya Pradesh to welcome the New Year 2026 with a mass recitation of the Hanuman Chalisa. Dhirendra Krishna Shastri led the devotees in the spiritual event, which saw participants from India and abroad. Shastri offered New Year greetings, praying for happiness, prosperity, and peace, and urged youth to reduce mobile phone and social media usage for greater discipline and positivity.
