Indore Beggar Identified as Disabled Man Owning Multiple Properties and Vehicles

During Indore's beggar-free campaign, officials identified Mangilal, a physically disabled man who appeared to beg but owns multiple assets including three houses, three auto-rickshaws, and a car. He reportedly earns daily from renting vehicles and lending money at interest in Sarafa Bazaar. Despite receiving a government housing benefit under the PMAY scheme, he continued begging. Authorities are investigating his assets and the legality of his loans as part of the ongoing rehabilitation and enforcement efforts.
