
The Delhi Parks and Green Spaces (DPGS) scheme has released Rs 10.2 crore for over 1,500 parks across Delhi till January 20, utilizing Rs 14.18 crore out of an allocated Rs 20 crore for the 2025-26 financial year. Parks managed by 343 resident welfare associations and local bodies benefited, with the largest cluster in Asiad Village Complex at Khel Gaon. Funds were also allocated for sewage treatment plants and water bodies, but limited expenditure occurred under these heads, according to RTI responses.
