Fort Kochi police rescued an unidentified migrant worker from the Thuruthy canal on Sunday. The individual, believed to have mental health issues, was found submerged and shivering after an alert was received. The worker was taken to a local hospital and then transferred to Ernakulam General Hospital. Authorities have not yet identified the person.
