In Jharkhand's Dantoo village, young women have become proficient in solar technology, developing solar power banks to overcome erratic electricity supply for online classes during the COVID-19 pandemic. A government vocational training program, led by teacher Animesh Chandra, equipped students with skills in installing, maintaining, and repairing solar equipment. This initiative has empowered students, with young women subsequently training other village women, expanding local expertise in renewable energy solutions.
