
Himachal Pradesh has launched its 38th National Road Safety Month, a month-long campaign focused on reducing accidents and promoting traffic rule awareness. Deputy Commissioner Rahul Kumar stressed road safety as a continuous social responsibility, urging adherence to regulations like speed limits, seat belt use, and avoiding drunk driving. The campaign includes various activities such as compliance drives, committee meetings, volunteer training, awareness campaigns on specific violations, driver guidance, eye check-ups, and educational programs for students.
