Chennai Launches Electric Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Service Connecting Historical Landmarks

Chennai launched the Chennai Ula 2.0, a fleet of six modern electric, air-conditioned buses operating on a 46-km circular route connecting historical landmarks and cultural sites. The hop-on hop-off service offers a Rs 100 day pass for unlimited travel, valid on both the new and existing heritage buses. Designed for accessibility, the service runs daily from 6 am to 10 pm with buses every 30 minutes, aiming to integrate public transport with urban cultural experiences.
