The findings contradict claims made by former US President Donald Trump, who had warned against paracetamol use in pregnancy. Researchers emphasized that paracetamol remains a recommended and safe option for pain and fever relief during pregnancy, cautioning against avoiding it without medical advice due to potential health risks.
