NOBA Launches Sangini Project to Improve Menstrual Hygiene for Rural Schoolgirls

The Netarhat Old Boys' Association - Global Social Responsibility (NOBA GSR) launched the Sangini Project to promote menstrual hygiene among schoolgirls in rural and semi-urban areas of Bihar, Jharkhand, and beyond. The initiative has supported over 700 schools, providing access to sanitary products through vending machines and eco-friendly incinerators, alongside awareness programs to reduce stigma and school absenteeism. NOBA GSR emphasizes menstrual health as a collective societal responsibility essential for girls' dignity, health, and empowerment.
