Mahant Adinath Shastri Stabs Himself, Stable After Surgery in Maharashtra

Mahant Adinath Shastri Maharaj of Tarakeshwar Gad in Maharashtra's Beed district allegedly inflicted injuries on himself, stabbing his private parts inside his private room. He was found bleeding and taken to a private hospital in Ahilyanagar, where he underwent surgery and is now in stable condition. Doctors advised followers to avoid visiting him for eight days to prevent infection. Devotees have expressed concern and demanded an investigation, including a probe into call records, amid claims of harassment. Local leaders have also visited the hospital to check on his health.
