In Thoothukudi, Kumizhmunai J. Simon Aravinth Singh operates a unique pop-up bike library on the Thoothukudi-Palayamkottai road. For two years, Singh has used his two-wheeler to display books, aiming to foster a reading culture among youth and promote emerging writers. Inspired by Dr. Ambedkar's library vision and his own personal struggles, Singh started the initiative with minimal personal investment, later receiving book donations from the public and local minister Geetha Jeevan.
