Asia's largest tulip garden in Srinagar, featuring around 1.8 million tulips across 70-75 varieties, opened early for the 2026 spring season. Inaugurated by Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, the garden attracted over 20,000 visitors on its first day, marking a hopeful revival for the region's tourism after last year's closures due to security concerns.
