Food safety authorities in Madhya Pradesh conducted inspections across multiple districts, collecting numerous food samples from sweet shops, dairies, and food outlets. In Indore, 63 samples from 19 establishments were taken, including sweets and dairy products, with officials emphasizing hygiene and adulteration awareness. In Dindori, expired food packets were seized and destroyed, and samples were sent for laboratory testing. Officials stated that such inspection drives will continue, especially ahead of the festival season, to ensure food safety and compliance.
