College Staffer Dies After Falling from Fourth Floor in Dombivli

A 42-year-old peon, Praveen Chaudhary, at Pragati College in Dombivli East, Maharashtra, died after allegedly jumping from the fourth floor of the college building. He had come with his parents to discuss administrative and disciplinary issues with the principal. Reports indicate Chaudhary became agitated during the meeting and left to the fourth floor, where he jumped. He was taken to a hospital but died during treatment. A case of accidental death has been registered, and investigations are ongoing.
