
Indore's Food and Drug Administration has launched a mobile food testing lab to educate consumers and stall owners on identifying food adulteration. The lab, which began its campaign at the city's 56 Dukan, demonstrates simple, home-based testing methods and conducts on-the-spot sample analysis. This initiative aims to raise awareness about food safety standards across various city locations, with scheduled visits continuing through January.
