Chandigarh is launching a city-wide e-waste collection drive from January 3 to 16 to promote sustainability. In collaboration with the Global Youth Federation and M s Karo Sambhav Private Limited, the Chandigarh Pollution Control Committee (CPCC) will offer a door-to-door collection service for electronic waste. A dedicated vehicle will collect e-waste daily from 10 am to 2 pm, covering various sectors and villages to raise awareness about responsible disposal and prevent landfill contamination.
