Survey Finds Over 67% of Indian Women Professionals Believe in Workplace Pay Parity

A Naukri.com survey of 50,000 Indian women professionals across over 50 industries found that more than 67% believe pay parity exists at their workplaces, with the real estate sector leading at 42%. The report, released ahead of International Women's Day, also noted a rising demand for equal pay audits and menstrual leave, especially among higher earners. Additionally, about half of the respondents conceal personal plans like marriage or maternity due to fear of bias, which increases with experience.
