A premium residential society in Gurugram, Uppal Southend, has publicly listed residents with unpaid maintenance dues on a large notice board at its entrance. The management warned that defaulters may face suspension of non-essential services, including food deliveries from platforms like Zomato and Swiggy, car washing, maid services, and exclusion from social events. Some dues date back over a decade, with amounts exceeding Rs 1 lakh. The move aims to enforce timely payments and maintain community discipline.
