Dr Priti Adani Highlights Women's Role in India's Development at Conference

Dr Priti Adani, Chairperson of the Adani Foundation, emphasized women's role as central architects of India's growth at the 'Sashakt Nari, Viksit Bharat' conference in New Delhi. She highlighted strong policy support for women-led development and stressed the need for sustained economic participation at the grassroots. Initiatives include introducing agricultural mobile apps to rural women farmers and supporting over 3,500 women in self-help group-led dairy milk collection centers, improving incomes and empowerment. Dr Adani also referenced maternal and women's health programs under the Foundation.
