Indore Launches Backlane Cleanliness Drive and Rapid Post-Festival Clean-Up

Indore Municipal Corporation led two notable cleanliness initiatives reinforcing the city's reputation for sanitation. The 'Rang De Backlane' program transformed 21 backlanes into clean, community-friendly spaces with activities like yoga and wall painting, involving residents and officials. Separately, following the traditional Rang Panchami Gair procession attended by thousands, a rapid clean-up was conducted within an hour by over 400 sanitation workers using extensive equipment, overseen by Mayor Pushyamitra Bhargav and Municipal Commissioner Kshitij Singhal.
