Cardinal Poola Anthony Calls for Global Peace at Karunagiri Shrine Feast

Cardinal Poola Anthony, President of the Catholic Bishops' Conference of India, highlighted the importance of promoting peace and harmony globally to resolve conflicts during the closing ceremony of the Karunagiri shrine's annual feast in Khammam on March 2, 2026. The event featured Khammam MP R. Raghuram Reddy as guest of honour and was presided over by Bishop Sagili Prakash. Cardinal Poola received a warm welcome and was felicitated at the shrine.
